FAQ
- What do I need to drive my car home?
- All you need is an insurance binder after payment is made, we can do
the rest for you!
-
- Can I transfer my current policy to my new car?
- In most cases this is the best way, in N.J. if you need to get new
insurance there sometimes is a 5 to 10 working day waiting period.
-
- When should I service my car?
- Most automotive manufacturers use a period of 3000 miles as a standard
for "severe service", but we feel this is a safe interval for
most cars to travel between oil and filter changes. At that time the service
facility should give you a brief inspection to see if anything should be
a potential problem later.
-
- When was the last time my car was serviced?
- We service every vehicle right before it is available for sale, the
oil and filter get changed and our technicians give every car a 50 point
check to ensure that the car gets to you in the best possible condition.
-
- If I decide that I'd like the warranty policy after I have the car
for a while, is it still available?
- Yes, the extended service contracts are available for up to 3 months
from the day of delivery, although the effective date would be the day
you originally picked up your car.
